  • Account Information: Email address, unique user ID (UID), and username provided via Google Authentication (Google Sign-In).

  • User Content: Messages or content you voluntarily create and send within the app.

  • Technical Information: Basic device information required for app functionality (such as app version and crash logs).

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as phone numbers, contacts, precise location, or payment information.


2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Authenticate users securely using Google Authentication.

  • Create and manage user accounts.

  • Enable core app features, including sending and receiving messages.

  • Improve app performance, stability, and security.

  • Comply with legal obligations and Google Play policies.


3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data.

Your data may be shared only:

  • With Google services (Google Authentication) solely for login and identity verification.

  • Go to Settings > Delete Account

  • Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Email Request

  • User ID (if available)

  • Subject: Account & Data Deletion Request

We will verify your request and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.


8. Children’s Privacy

Confess Direct Message is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.


9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
